COVID-19 Update

Friday 26th February 2021

We are hoping to hold the event on Sunday 12th September 2021, however, planning is on hold until we have more information and guidance from the Government.

We are planning to hold the Otley Vintage Transport Extravaganza this year, however, it all depends on how many people receive the COVID-19 vaccine and if the social distancing rules are relaxed.  We have temporarily removed the entry forms for Vehicles, Stalls and Club Stands until we can confirm the event is definitely going ahead.

We are carrying forward all the bookings of stalls and vehicles from 2020 to this year and will re-issue all the passes, etc updated to 2021. We shall send all the updated paperwork out after when we can confirm that the event is taking place. The money for the brass plaques will also be carried forward, unless you notify us that you either want to donate it to ‘Hang on to a Dream’ or that you want a refund, and your cheque returning. Each year we spend around £500 on postage, so if we can save some funds we will try and do that.
